Owners Rick and Terri Willcut are native Oklahomans and have resided in the Tulsa/Bixby area since 1984. In 1999, they established Willcut Properties, a very successful luxury homebuilding business based in Tulsa. With homes starting at $300,000 up to several million and winning multiple Parade of Homes awards, including the coveted “Best in Show” award voted by the public in 2003, “Street of Dreams” held in the elite neighborhood of Wenmoor.  They were also sponsors of the 2008 concept home benefitting the “Make a Wish Foundation” and the 2008 and 2009 “St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway. Rick also served on the HBA Board.  In 2009-2010, with the change in the Real Estate market, Rick and Terri changed the direction of their business to add Remodeling and Insurance Restoration services; changing the business name to Will Pro Construction Services, Inc. Rick and Terri work as a team to guide their customers thru the New Construction, Remodeling, or Restoration process helping with design ideas and product selections.
