Established in 1969, BMI has built exceptional homes all over the Tulsa Metropolitan area. We specialize in building $400,000 to $7 million custom homes on lots with all types of terrain. BMI’s mission is to deliver an unparalleled level of service with integrity and good humor. Phil holds the Certified Graduate Builder (GCB) and Certified Green Professional (CGP) designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Phil has also had the honor of serving as President of both the HBA of Greater Tulsa and the Oklahoma State HBA. He was named Tulsa Builder of the Year in 2000, and Oklahoma Builder of the Year in 2009, 2018, and 2025. BMI strongly believes in staying current with the latest energy-efficient technology and building trends, and Phil annually completes at least 12 hours of continuing education in the building sciences.
