Brandy Creek Development Company, founded in 1994, provides custom homes by working with the customer from the land acquisition stage through the design stage to ensure that the layout and amenities provide the desired lifestyle. During the building process, Brandy Creek assists clients with the overall selection of materials and provides on–site supervision to ensure a quality home. Brandy Creek is proud to share that the majority of projects are referrals from previous clients.
